Using 680-b for a in the first equation we get:

1.2(680-b)+1.15b=798

816-1.2b+1.15b=798

816-0.05b=798

-0.05b=-18

b=360, and since a=680-b

a=320

So the a team was supposed to produce 320 parts and the b team was supposed to produce 360 parts...
