Well, the perimeter of the field is found by adding all of the sides together. 
Since the field is rectangular, it will have two side lengths of 460 ft and two side lengths of 200 ft. The perimeter of the field is 1320 ft. 
One lap is equal to 1320 ft.
If you divide the number of feet in a mile (5280 ft) by the perimeter of the field (1320 ft), you will find how many laps it takes.
5280/1320= 4
Shane will complete one mile in exactly 4 laps!
