How do you convert celsius to fahrenheit?

To convert temperatures in degrees Celsius to Fahrenheit, multiply by 1.8 (or 9/5) and add 32.

Example: 30°C x 1.8 + 32 = 86°F

0 degrees celcius (initial starting point)= 32F. From there each degree that goes up in celsius goes up 1.8F.
0 degrees fahrenheit = -17.77C. From there each degree that goes up in fahrenheit goes up 0.5556C
