We are given with two points so we can derive the equation using the two-point form.
That is,           
 y – y1 = ((y2 – y1)/(x2 – x1))(x – x1)

We may choose which among our derived coordinates will be 1 and 2. Substituting to the equation,           
y – 91 = ((58 – 91)/(2.25 – 1.5))(x – 1.5)           
y – 91 = -44(x – 1.5)
Simplifying further,         
y – 91 = -44x + 66
