I think Rachel need to paint 19 meters. 

We need to find the L x W, L x H, and W x H.

It appears to be a rectangular prism.

L x W = 2.5 x 1 = 2.5 
L x H = 2.5 x 2 = 5
W x H = 1 x 2 = 2
