Solve and graph the absolute value inequality: -8> -5x+2> -38?

-38 < -5x+2 < -8
let : f(x) = -5x+2..... ( graph color red)
       g(x) = -38 ..... ( graph color pruple)
       h(x) = -8  ...... ( graph color blue)
 the absolute value inequality is : ] 2, 8[ ( between the graph of g and h)

Iwould say false, not positive but if prices went up for both stores, technically there will be less buyers?
