If we don't know the value of a parameter we need to build a confidence interval properly and we don't conduct a preliminary study to estimate it, how else can we construct our confidence interval?
A. Run a x’ test on the point estimates to find the actual values of the necessary parameters.
B. Identify the parameters with the Riemann Zeta functions ().
