Your parents have two options to eam some extra money from the initial investment
Option 1: Invest $9535
Option 2: Invest $8,535
into an account earning 7% interest compounded continuously
into an account earning 8% Interest compounded quarterly,
One parent thinks option 2 is better because it will make more money with a higher interest rate,
even though less money is invested. The other parent things option one is better because the
compounded interest will lead to more money. The argument continues and finally they decide
to do the math
