(5-3) * (5+1) = 3(5-1) (x-3)*(x+1) = 3(x-1)
(2 * 6 = 3(4) x^2+1x-3x-3 = 3x-3
12 = 12 x^2 -5x = 0
x(x-5)=0
x= 0 and 5
