Okay so I’m in the middle of a crisis now. Pls help! I made a purchase of £250 on eBay and when I received the item (phone) there was issues with the mic like the person on the other end couldn’t hear me. So I asked for a refund. However... I didn’t send it back using the label because I couldn’t find it so I thought it’ll be fine I’ll just send it out myself. And now the sellers claiming to have received the item damaged even tho there’s no visible damage in the photos provided. He’s not giving my money back and is ignoring my messages. What do I do??
