An introduction page where you inform readers about what types of recipes and information they will find in your cookbook as well as your personal beliefs about nutrition and healthy eating—think of this page as a more detailed version of your back-cover summary, kind of like a letter to your readers
A ‘health guidelines’ page where you outline what a well-rounded, healthy diet includes. This is where you will include information about how many servings of vegetables, fruits, grains, meats, micro and macronutrients, and calories in vs. calories out, that you believe are ideal for overall good nutrition
One sample recipe. This can be your own personal recipe, a recipe that you create for this project, or a recipe found online. If you use a recipe found online, be sure to properly acknowledge the recipe author and source.
The recipe must include at LEAST one image. It can be a photo of the cooked recipe or several photos to accompany the recipes instructions. You can take actual photos of yourself cooking the recipe, draw a picture of the recipe creation, or find images online that match your recipe.
