He determines that the angle of elevation to the top is 70° from where he is at. 70m away from Keith, Alan estimates the angle between the base of the cliff, himself, and Keith to be 29° while Keith estimates the angle between the base of the cliff, himself, and Alan to be 48°. What is the height, h, of the cliff to the nearest tenth of a metre?

This question completely baffled me on my homework, I still haven't done it because I don't even know how to approach it (Since it's a 3D problem)
Please help me out
