What does it really mean when a girls says they are fine​

It means that we aren’t fine and we just want someone to talk to. Sometimes we are fine when we say we are but other times we are going through tough times. Like when she has a lot of responsibilities in her life she just says she’s fine so no one will know what she’s really feeling. But sometimes she will be straight forward with you and tell you how she’s feeling.
