Is the quotient of 7 divided by -14 is a rational number? Why? (Need Answer asap) A. Yes because it is a integers 7/-14 = 2
B. Yes 7 divided by -14 is a rational number because a rational number is fractions and its opposite. 7/-14 = -1/2
C. No because a rational number is not an integer and 7/-14 is fraction
D. No because 7/-14 is -2 and -2 is not an integer.
