Suppose a pool of water has 270 gallons of water in it. Lucas uses a hose to add water to the pool for 60 minutes. Water flows into the pool at a constant rate of 16 gallons per minute the entire time Lucas is using the hose. Let t represent the number of minutes since Lucas started using the hose, and let v represent the volume of water in the pool (in gallons).
