This week Cassandra bought 3 containers of the same yogurt and spent $11.50 on other
groceries. How much more money did Byron spend than Cassandra?

expressions to represent the amount spent by Byron and the
amount spent by Cassandra.

2. Write an expression to represent the difference by subtracting the
amount that Cassandra spent from the amount that Byron spent. Then complete the steps to simplify the expression.
