It appears that there is only a 1 in 8 chance that you will be able to spend spring break to one of the Greek Islands. If you are lucky enough to go, there are 4 flights going to Kythnos, a 5 flights to Corfu and 6 flights going to Rhodes. On each of Kythnos and Corfu, there are 20 hotels with tall dark strangers and 10 without, while on Rhodes there are only 10 with tall dark strangers and 10 without. Requried:
a. If you choose a hotel at random from all the possibilities, what is the probability that the hotel you choose will have tall dark strangers.
b. If you first choose a flight at random and then choose a hotel at random on that island, what is the probability that you will wind up with tall dark strangers at an hotel in Corfu?
