Rain:

When it's raining outside and you're on the road driving, it's easy to crash into someone else. Rain on your windshield will make it blurry, but whenever window wipers go to wipe it off, it gets most of it off, but the windshield is still a little blurry, which can make car vision hard. It's best not to drive in the rain because when the ground is wet, it's easy to slip and fall, and with that, it's easy for cars to swerve, but not as badly as ice.

Snow:

When it's snowing, it's not a good idea to drive. It could blur your vision in the car and get stuck on the windshield where the window wipers cannot get it off. It'll smear onto the glass and make it blurry. Kind of like frost on a window!

Ice:

When the road is icy, it's easy to mess up turning. Since ice is so slippery, and even though tires are rubber and can't slide easily, doesn't mean that your car still can't swerve and crash into other people's cars.

Fog:

If it's foggy, don't drive. It can blur your car vision nearly as bad as snow. Even with headlights, you could still crash into other cars by accident. Fog will also most likely cover up the traffic lights.
