Analyzing the Data:
3. What is the probability that a randomly selected student from your group is a 9th grader? (1 point)

4. What is the probability that a randomly selected student from your group prefers comedy? (1 point

5. What is the probability that a randomly selected student does not prefer action? (1 point)

Solving the Problem:
6. What is the probability that a student prefers comedy, given that the student is in 10th grade? (2 points)

7. What is the probability that a student prefers comedy, given that the student is in 12th grade? (2 points)

8. What is the probability that a student does not prefer action, given that the student is in 9th grade? (2 points)

Making a Decision:
9. Compare questions 4, 6, and 7. If you are given a student's grade level, does that change the probability that he or she will prefer comedy? (1 point)

10. Does your short study suggest any trends in preferred film genre and year in school? Compare your results and describe any patterns that you see. (2 points)
