As the class chair, you are asked to come up with a written recommendation that will be used as the basis of the head of the Guidance Office in deciding on what to do with Julia. Using your knowledge of and skills in deductive and inductive reasoning, you must prepare a written recommendation that will be used by the office for the decision and resolution of the given case.
