Divide 7 by 2 and you should get 3.5 now to get the circumference multiply 3.14 with 3.5 and you should get 10.99; now add the sides of the rectangle so you should have a problem that looks like this 10.99 + 7 + 5 + 5. Do NOT add the second 7 as this is inside the shape not the outside of the shape, perimeter is the outside of the shape. If you do this correctly you should get 27.99.
