jk um, all I can say is that lines equal to 180 which means if 120 is the exterior angles then you should be able to find the interior ones as well which might help you explain. you can also bring up the law that all interior angles of a triangle add up to 360 because...laws exist for a reason. other than that IDK

External angles are : ∠EAB  + ∠CBF  x ∠ACD

∠EAB = 180°- ∠BAC
∠CBF = 180°- ∠CBA
∠ACD = 180°- ∠ECB

Add up all external angles as well as their equivalent:

∠EAB  + ∠CBF  x ∠ACD = 540° - (∠BAC + ∠CBA + ∠ECB)

But (∠BAC + ∠CBA + ∠ECB) = 180° (sum of angles in a triangle), then

∠EAB  + ∠CBF  x ∠ACD = 540° - ( 180°)

∠EAB  + ∠CBF  x ∠ACD = 360°
