How do i write one hundred and twenty five thousandths in decimal form?

So i take "one hundred and twenty five " to be one full numer: 125

(my alternative understanding is that 100 is a full integer and only 25 thousands, but I don't think that's what the question meant)

thousands: this means that the number will have a form of

x.xxx

(because the smallest number of this form, 0.001 is one thousandth.

so we fill it in:

0.125

and that's the answer!!

(we fill right to left: so if the number was for exmple 25, we'd have to fill it in with 0:
0.025)
