For number 2, you have to use the order of operations, or PEMDAS:

For the second problem, the first step is to do square the 8, because the E for exponents in PEMDAS comes before the rest of the problem:

8² + 7 x 3 > 64 + 7 x 3

Then next step is to multiply the 3 and 7 because the M for multiplication comes before the A for addition: 

64 + 7 x 3 >  64 + 21

Then you add:

64 +21 > 85

That makes number 2 C.) 85

For the third one, just use a calculator to figure out each equation:

Equation 1: 8192 ÷ 4 = 4176 ÷ 2 > 2048 ≠ 2088   Not True

Equation 2: 16384 ÷ 8 = 8192 ÷ 4 > 2048 = 2048  True 

I can't see all of the answers for number three, but whichever one says that the second equation is correct or the first one is not correct is the right answer for number 3.
