The V shaped area has it's tip/horizontal center at x=-7 so we know the function was shifted 7 in the -x direction so it has to be of the shape |x+7|

at x=-7 it has the y value -6 so it was shifted by 6 in the -y direction
|x+7|-6

know we only have to know the slope of the V
from x=-7 to x=-6 y changes from -6 to -2 so the slope at that point is +4
-> the function is y>4|x+7|-6 which is the third option
