Phong told his friend amalia that when you multiply any number by the third power of 10,you can just write three zeros after the last digit of the number. he give this example: 5×10 to the third power =5,000 to prove that this is always true. amalia disagrees and give this example: 0.5×10 to the third power to prove phong's rule is not always true. who is correct? explain your answer
