Me i need finding the inequality and the interpretation. either one is fine.

Let x be the number of games you play
If you play 1 game, then it costs $0.50 (50 cents)
So playing x of them costs x*0.50 = 0.50x dollars
This is for the first plan.

The second plan costs a flat rate of $15 no matter how many games you play.

The question is: when is the second plan cheaper? 
In other words, when is the first plan more expensive?

To answer this question, we set the first expression (0.50x) larger than the second expression (15) and solve for x
0.50x > 15
0.50x/0.50 > 15/0.50 ... divide both sides by 0.50 to isolate x
x > 30



To recap
The inequality is 0.50x > 15
The solution is x > 30
The interpretation is: If you play more than 30 games, then the unlimited plan is the cheaper option (compared to the pay per game plan)

You have 2 sides that are 2 cms and you have 6 sides that are 1/2 cm and you have 4 sides that are 1 cm. the smallest sides are 1/2 the medium sized sides are 1 and the smallest are 1/2. so to find the perimeter you have to add them all up together so your answer will be 11 cm's
