Someone plz me the two box-and-whisker plots below show the scores on a math exam for two classes. what 2 things do the interquartile ranges tell you about the two classes?

A box-and-whisker plot shows 5 number summary:                                   Class A                Class B1) minimum value      65                           562) 1st quartile            66                            793) median                  81                            914) 3rd quartile            89                            945) maximum value     95                          100
Interquartile range = 3rd Quartile - 1st Quartile Class A: 89 - 66 = 23Class B: 94 - 79 = 15
IQR indicates the spread of the of the scores over the median. Class A has a spread that his more than 50% of the scores of Class B.

Best answer that i found on yahoo ok   set :   x= length of 2nd piece in cm  x- 3= length of 1st piece in cm  x-4= length of 3rd piece in cm  then since you know they all came from the 20 cm ribbon you add them together and set them equal to 20x+ x-3 +x-4 = 20  3x - 7= 20  3x= 27  x= 9  the shortest piece is the third piece which is x- 4  x-4  9-4 = 5  the length of the smallest piece is 5 cm.  the other lengths are  9 cm  6 cm
