9.Find circumference using 4cm as radius and divide by 4. Then add 3 sides of rectangle.

25.12/4=6.28
6.28+3+3+4=16.28cm <- answer

10. Find circumference using 6cm as diameter, divide by 2. Then find radius of smallest circle by subtracting 6-4. Find circumference using 2 as radius, divide by 4. Then find diameter of biggest circle by adding 6+2. Find circumference using 8 as diameter, divide by 2. Add together circumferences plus 6
6(3.14)=18.84 18.84/2=9.42
2(2)(3.14)=12.56 12.56/4=3.14
8(3.14)=25.12 25.12/2=12.56
9.42+3.14+12.56+6=31.12 <- answer
