Running at a continuous 5.0 mph it takes me 3: 06 minutes to complete one full lap around a track. if i want to run 2 miles in under 15 minutes how fast do i need to run each lap? running in intervals also is a idea. i don’t expect a straight up answer but anything as close as possible would be great : ) i will give brainliest and points ❤️
