How do i found to the nearest thousand

Check the digit on the hundreds place.
- If the digit is between 0 to 4, round down.
- If the digit is between 5 to 9, round up.

For example:
1) 4567
The digit in the hundreds place is 5, so we will round up. 
4567 = 5000 (nearest thousand)

2) 4467
The digit in the hundreds place is 4, so we will round down. 
4567 = 4000 (nearest thousand)

4000 is the nearest hundred
