Judaline is a nurse with 20 years of experience at a healthcare facility. She was recently approached by the management to be a preceptor to two new nursing school graduates. Judaline knows that they are very inexperienced. Thus, she allocates simple tasks for them to do. She supervises them and tells them exactly what to do and how she wants things done. Sometimes, she gets impatient and jumps in to perform tasks herself if her students are too slow or clumsy. She is unwilling let them do anything unsupervised. This irritates the two nurses, but Judaline believes it is the best way for them to learn. What kind of leader is Judaline? Judaline is a (an) leader.
