To compare a standard tincture to an infused tincture you decide to make both. You want to use some fresh plantain leaves and both tinctures will have a specification of 1:2, 25 %. You will have 1kg of fresh plantain leaves and will split this in half for use between the two tinctures (so 500 grams available for each) Please state how much alcohol you would use for each type of tincture and how much liquid (water for the standard tincture and a plantain infusion for the infused tincture).
