Which most likely indicate a chemical change has occurred ?

If a new substance suddenly appears that wasn't there originally,
then a chemical change has occurred.

Like for example, (this is the only example I can think of right now):

-- You leave your bicycle outside in the rain, and it gets wet, and
a few days later there's some rust on it.

-- You scrape off some of the rust, take it to school, give it to the
Chemistry teacher, and ask her to analyze it and tell you what it
is.  Later that day, she tells you it's a substance called "Iron oxide".

-- Where did that come from ?  There was no iron oxide there.
There was only iron in the bicycle, and air, and water.

-- The iron oxide formed from a chemical change when the iron
on the surface of the bike combined with some of the oxygen in
the air, and molecules of a new substance were created.  (For
some reason, the presence of water makes this chemical reaction
go faster.)    

The radiation of the fire causes the saucepan to heat up. the conduction of the saucepan then to distribute the heat over the saucepan and to give heat to the water. the convection of the water distributing the heat within the water, till all the water is boiling

You need to be more specific.  i really don't know what a "motion map" is.you can draw a graph of an object's position, distance, displacement, speed,velocity, or acceleration versus time, or you can draw a graph of the object's x-position versus its y-position and not give any information about time at all.if the graph presents position or displacement against time,  then constant velocity is a straight line . . i.e. a line that has  constant slope.if the graph shows speed against time, then constant velocityis a horizontal piece of line.if the graph shows acceleration against time, then constant  velocity is a piece of line that lies on the x-axis . . it's value is zero.
