VT= a constant
V1/T1 = V2/T2
V1 = 10,500 liters, T1= 15+273 =288 K; V2= ?, T2 = -25 +273 = 242 K
10,500/288 = V2/242
 V2 = (10,500 ×242)/288
      = 8822,92 Liters
 Therefore; the new volume of the balloon will be 8823 Liters
