Whats the easiest way to get over the death of a loved one?

Sadly dealing with the death of a loved one is never easy. First of all deal with with all your feeling anger sadness dont ignore it write about in a Journal talk to a close freind or family member about your feelings get it all out or otherwise the bad feelings can ruin your memories of them. Once you come to terms with the feelings remeber to think of good times with them and postive parts of their personality. Try to keep things that remind you of themin a safe spot. And lastly it is ok to cry or be angry. I hope this helps
