What would be the result if the atmosphere was unable to move and exchange gases with earth's other spheres? the temperature on earth would remain warm and habitable. the wind would be a lot stronger due to the increase in the coriolis effect. the planet would most likely be lifeless and desolate. the greenhouse effect would no longer warm the planet.
