A 2 kg skate board accelerates at a rate of 2 m/s2. The mass of a skateboard is doubled, but the net force on it remains constant. A) Based on Newton’s 2nd Law of Motion, what will happen to the acceleration of the skateboard? B) Use Newton’s 2nd Law to explain why that will happen to the acceleration.
