A uniformly dense solid cylinder with a mass of 2 kg and a radius of 5 cm at the top of a ramp. What is the maximum angle (in degrees) for the ramp in order for the cylinder to roll without slipping down the ramp? In other words, if the ramp is set at a larger angle the cylinder will roll down the ramp while also slipping/sliding. The coefficient of static friction between the cylinder and the ramp is 0.4.
