If the meter stick is in the original horizontal position as shown at the top of the page and if it is free to rotate but the massless meter stick was replaced with a meter stick of mass 100 grams, would this meter stick turn clockwise, turn counterclockwise, or remain stationary ?

i just did an experiment like this in my science class. also the answer is yes, it will get separated because they are two opposites meaning if they are opposite they can not attract.
