Application question, use your understanding of thermodynamics, specific heat, and heat capacitance to explain the scenario below:

You have cooked a personal pizza in the oven at the recommended temperature for the recommended amount of time, the pizza has reached thermal equilibrium with the inside of the oven. You take the pizza out and let it cool for just a couple minutes before taking a bite. Once you do you realize the cheese is still too “hot,” why? Explain in detail, provide any equations to help conceptualize this problem.

If the temperature were raised very high, classically what would we expect the heat capacity per object to be for this one-dimensional system? give a numerical value. chigh t = __ j/k/object (one reason for the discrepancy is that the high-temperature limit assumes that the number of oscillators is large (n > > 1), which is not the case in this tiny system.)
