The electron cloud model is a modern theory about the structure of atoms that explains many of the atom’s behaviors. According to the model, scientists imagine an atom to have a large nucleus of matter in the center surrounded by tiny particles called electrons. These electrons fly so fast and unpredictably around the nucleus that just one electron can appear to be a cloud. However, individual electrons are far too small for a human to see or touch. What is a limitation of the electron cloud model theory that a law about electrons would not have?
The theory describes electrons in experiments, but it cannot be used to describe all electrons.
The theory provides an image that humans can visualize, but it does not fully represent how electrons exist.
The theory is a proven fact about nature, but because it is already proven it does not inspire further scientific study of electrons.
The theory explains several observations, but because they are observations made in the past the theory cannot predict what will happen in the future.

Aboat radioed a distress call to a coast guard station. at the time of the call, a vector a from the station to the boat had a magnitude of 45.0 km and was directed 15.0° east of north. a vector from the station to the point where the boat was later found is = 30.0 km, 15.0° north of east. what are the components of the vector from the point where the distress call was made to point where the boat was found? in other words, what are the components of vector c = b - a?
