A block of mass 800 g is dragged by an external force of magnitude 5 N along a rough horizontal surface, as shown in the figure. The external force makes an angle of 30' with
the surface and the coefficient kinetic friction between the block and the surface is 0.6.
a) Draw the free-body diagram of the problem and show all of the forces.
b) Find the acceleration of the block.
c) If the block starts from rest, what will be its speed after being dragged for 300 cm?
