Social aspect:

In the place of origin migration can create a lack of food, accomodation and other basic services and facilities. Because of influence of lanuage, tradition , culture etc carried by immigrants the native language culture and tradition of the target place may get endangered. This may create diverseness of culture language so there can be disunity and factionalism in society. Target place may have to experience unemployment and criminal activities may take a lead.The place of origin may have to suffer from depopulation and slow development as well..

Economic aspect:

Target place may get some more manpower which results in fast development. But if the manpower is enough or more then unemployment can be resulted. This may cause brain drain. Poverty may take a lead. Landlords may exploit labourers
