quantum mechanics or quantum physics is physics of very small objects (particles) and physical entities.

subatomic means they are smaller than atom, elementary means they are at the very basis of everything.

subatomic particles are for eg. protons, neutrons but not electrons.

i'd say that justin's best best option isn't on this list of choices.   what he has to do:   pay as much as he can at least the minimum payment plus as much more as he can and then avoid adding more debt.
