Can someone explain how to solve this?

F1 has components +3 in the x direction and +3 in the y direction
F2 has -1 in the x and + 2 in the y
F3 has 0 in the x and -2?in the y
Adding all the x components= + 2
All the y components = +3

So the net component is (+2, +3)
