Notice the silver van positioned at the bottom of the screen when the video starts. The van has an x marking on the roof to make it easier to measure the radius of the path of the center of mass of the van. The driver of this van was experimenting by driving the maximum speed before the wheels began to squeal (gently) as they began to slide with respect to the pavement. Note that this occurred below the speed limit for the traffic circle. The wheels were producing a continuous faint squeal when the van was driving around the side of the circle on the left side of the screen (9 o'clock, if the traffic circle was a clock face). Using this information, determine the coefficient of static friction between the tires and the pavement.
