Well.. depends on the meaning you assign to the word 'rewire'.

I assume you mean brain-washing. The applications and internet can rewire our brain by inducting people to spend more time with phones so they won't have time for other things such as: reading, working and son on that's a problem that is getting BIGGER every year that passes, with the introduction of new technologies and applications.
