PLEASE HELPPP !! A 6kg object experiences a force of 15N to the right and 2N to the left.
What is its resulting acceleration?

Let's calculate the acceleration on the right:

F = m*a

15N = 6kg * a

a = 15/6 m/s^2

On the left:

2N = 6k * a

a = 1/3 m/s^2

Note: they gave you horrible data since the accelerations are not natural numbers but fine. If you want, you can calculate how much is 15/6 and 1/3 so you get a better result.
