Only 2.7 percent of Americans live a healthy lifestyle. We need individuals who listen to us and give us truthful feedback. Research has shown that there are many beneficial advantages of providing a support net, such as higher levels of well-being, improved coping skills, and longer and healthier life. Studies have also shown that depression and anxiety can be minimized by social support. Some individuals perform well with a broad support network, while others prefer a small system of support. It is a basic human need to provide and obtain assistance from others.

My mom is the best supporter when it comes to health and exercise choices. She will tell me that I need to start eating healthy and say you can do this, and put your mind to it. I will want to drink a soda one day and she will take it away and give me water so she can encourage me to start drinking more water, because of that I drink water every day and eat much healthier. I am so glad that she supports me and my choices.

That would be a yes. her name is Chloe ting. She uploads fitness videos and she is my biggest role model. She has the best exercise videos. Her videos inspire me to keep going every day and to not give up, she is so amazing. She has different types of videos like 2-week fitness, and lose fat in less than a week, etc. But I always watch her videos and try to do one every day.

If I were to become a role modal I would work hard every day. Making sure I am healthy and tell people that if they want to change how they look that I am with them and that they should never give up no matter what, know that they can do it. People always give up because it gets too hard but I have been there too, but I never gave up because I know that I could do it. I know I would succeed. You just have to know that you can do it.
